Questions people ask
What does an AI consultant do for a business?
I find where admin work is eating your time, like email, billing, paperwork, and follow-up, and show you which AI tools can help and which can't. You get a written plan, and I can help you set it up and get your team using it.
How much does AI consulting cost?
Cost depends on the scope and nature of the work, and every organization is different. We start with an assessment, which ends with a Key Findings Report. That report shows what the work would involve, so I can give you clear details on scope and cost. The complimentary 15-minute consult is a first discovery conversation to see if we're a good fit.
What happens in the 15-minute consult?
You tell me what's slowing you down. I ask a few questions. Together we decide whether an assessment makes sense. No sales pitch, and if I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you.
Which tasks are good candidates for AI?
Repeat work with clear rules, like drafting emails, sorting paperwork, billing follow-up, and scheduling reminders. Work that needs your judgment stays with you or your staff.
Can I start with just one area?
Yes. Many people start with the one task that bothers them most. We get that working first, then decide together whether to add more.
Do I have to change my current software?
Usually not. We start with the tools you already use. If a change would really help, I'll explain why and you decide.
Will AI replace my staff?
The goal is to take repetitive work off your team so they can focus on the work that matters, not to replace people. You and your staff stay in charge of every decision.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No. I explain everything in plain language and handle the technical side with trusted partners.
How does my team learn to use the new tools?
I show them in plain language, using their own daily tasks as the examples. I stay involved after launch to answer questions and fix what isn't working.
What training do you have in AI consulting?
I'm trained in the AI Assisted Consultant Certification program and the Entrepreneur Sprint. I've also owned my own businesses for 17 years, so I know how owners work.
